seas 4 to 7 feet expected.

* WHERE...In Rhode Island coastal waters, Rhode Island Sound and
Block Island Sound. In Massachusetts coastal waters,
Massachusetts Bay and Ipswich Bay.

* WHEN...From 11 AM to 11 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
