...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT MONDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of southern New Jersey, including the following counties, Burlington and Camden and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia. * WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of small rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1150 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Philadelphia, Camden, Bensalem, Mount Laurel, Willingboro, Medford, Lumberton, Florence, Burlington, Bristol, Mount Holly and Riverside. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
