...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Cumberland, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin, Northern Centre, Perry, Somerset and Southern Centre. * WHEN...Until 4 PM EDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A few areas of heavy rain will move east across the watch area late this morning and this afternoon, leading to localized 1 to 2 inch rainfall amounts in several hours.
