UNTIL 8 PM EST...

At 715 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking snow showers along a line
from 13 miles west of Franklin to 6 miles west of Sharon, moving
southeast at 40 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Hermitage, Sharon, Oil City, Grove City, Franklin, Sharpsville,
Sugarcreek, Farrell, Slippery Rock, New Wilmington, Mercer,
Stoneboro, Seneca, Harrisville, West Middlesex, Polk, Plain Grove
Township, Sandy Lake, Clark and Wheatland.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 49.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 102 and 137.
Interstate 376 between mile markers 0 and 3.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution if you must travel into or through this heavy snow
shower. Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads may
lead to accidents.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be

West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 17 below zero could result
in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. An
extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water
pipes.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
