At 715 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking snow showers along a line from 13 miles west of Franklin to 6 miles west of Sharon, moving southeast at 40 mph. Locations impacted include... Hermitage, Sharon, Oil City, Grove City, Franklin, Sharpsville, Sugarcreek, Farrell, Slippery Rock, New Wilmington, Mercer, Stoneboro, Seneca, Harrisville, West Middlesex, Polk, Plain Grove Township, Sandy Lake, Clark and Wheatland. This includes the following highways... Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 49. Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 102 and 137.
