...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder and York. * WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon within a very moist and unstable environment. Maximum rainfall rates of 2-3 inches per hour are anticipated and may overlap with the highly urban corridors as well as compromised terrain due to heavy rainfall last night.
