For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 10 AM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, until 10 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects. Persons are urged to stay indoors until conditions improve.
