Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 815 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in Mount Joy Township due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing.Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
