For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 29 below. * WHERE...Carbon and Monroe Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM EST Sunday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
