PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury. &&

For the Wind Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Northern Lycoming, Snyder, Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Tioga, and Union Counties. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 7 AM EST Monday. For the Wind Advisory, from 7 AM Monday to noon EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
