* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous travel
conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches and may cause blowing and drifting
snow.

as low as 30 below expected. For the Wind Advisory, northwest
winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Northern Centre, and
Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 1 AM Saturday to 10 AM
EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from midnight tonight to 10 PM
EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
