Total snow accumulations between 11 and 15 inches. * WHERE...Crawford, Northern Erie, and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult at times due to slippery road conditions and poor visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will increase in intensity this morning and peak this afternoon and evening. The snow will taper off tonight, but lingering light lake enhanced snow showers will continue Monday. Sub-zero wind chills are expected this morning, and again tonight into Monday morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
