Localized amounts up to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday evening commute. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected on the
ridgetops and summits along and west of US-219.

* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with
gusts up to 55 mph expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning,
dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below expected.

* WHERE...Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Northern Centre,
Somerset, and Southern Centre Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from midnight tonight to 10 PM EST
Saturday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 1 AM Saturday to 10
AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
