For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below expected. * WHERE...Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Northern Centre, Somerset, and Southern Centre Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from midnight tonight to 10 PM EST Saturday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 1 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
