mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST Monday. For
the Wind Advisory, until 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in
hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and
hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
temperatures.
