South winds increasing to 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and wind- driven seas becoming very steep and hazardous with waves of 12 to 16 ft at 10 to 12 seconds by Monday afternoon and continuing into Monday night. Winds easing Tuesday, but steep seas 10 to 12 ft at 12 seconds persist. * WHERE...All areas. * WHEN...For the current Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM PST this morning. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 10 AM this morning to 10 PM PST this evening. For the future Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 10 PM PST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
