to 7 ft at 7 to 8 seconds.

* WHERE...Through early this afternoon, all areas north of
Brookings beyond 10 nm from shore and within 10 nm of shore near
Cape Blanco. Then, this afternoon through Wednesday afternoon,
All areas from Cape Blanco northward and beyond 2 nm south of
Cape Blanco.

* WHEN...From 5 AM Tuesday to 5 PM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
damage smaller vessels.
