WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph
possible.

* WHERE...Highway 140 east of Lakeview, highway 31 between
Summer Lake and the junction with highway 395, highway 395 and
highway 299 east of Alturas. This includes the communities of
Davis Creek, Willow Ranch, New Pine Creek, Valley Falls,
Paisley, and Summer Lake.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property
and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.
