* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Umatilla River near Gibbon.

* WHEN...From this evening to tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Flooding of pastures and outbuilding close
to the river from around the Bar M Ranch downstream through the
Cayuse area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:15 AM PDT Friday the stage was 5.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening to a crest of 8.5 feet late tonight. It
will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
8.3 feet on 04/20/2013.
