Steep seas 9 to 12 ft this morning transitioning to long period swell and becoming very steep and hazardous this afternoon and tonight 17 to 20 ft at 18 seconds. * WHERE...All areas. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST this afternoon. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 4 PM this afternoon to 4 PM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
