For the High Wind Watch, west winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible. * WHERE...Baker County, Harney County, and Malheur County. * WHEN...For the Air Stagnation Advisory, until 4 AM PST /5 AM MST/ Tuesday. For the High Wind Watch, from late Tuesday night through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Poor air quality may cause issues for people with respiratory problems.
