Winds increase again Tuesday evening to south gales 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt. Gales quickly shift to northwest late Tuesday night. Very steep and hazardous seas of 15 to 17 ft develop Tuesday night. * WHERE...All areas. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 PM Tuesday to 4 AM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially treacherous.
