For the Gale Warning, southwest winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft at 12 seconds expected. * WHERE...All areas. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 PM Tuesday to 4 AM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially treacherous.
