For the High Wind Watch, southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible. * WHERE...Lake and the majority of Klamath County, including Klamath Falls, Silver Lake, Summer Lake, Lakeview, and significant portions of Highways 140, 395, 97, and 31. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 4 PM PST Wednesday. For the High Wind Watch, from late Wednesday night through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Large inflatable holiday decorations will be blown about. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
