South and southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt Thursday afternoon. Occasional gale gusts possible late Thursday afternoon. Seas will be a mix of steep wind waves and west swell at 10 to 13 ft through early Friday morning. Seas transition late Friday morning to swell dominated as heavy northwest swell builds to 14 to 16 ft. * WHERE...All areas. * WHEN...For the current Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST this afternoon.
