For the Hazardous Seas Watch, very steep and hazardous seas 9 to 14 ft at 14 seconds and south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt possible. Isolated gusts up to 35 kt possible between 2-8 AM Monday. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 5 AM PDT Monday.
