...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 AM CDT THURSDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, Creek, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK. * WHEN...Until 1030 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1009 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rains have ended across the warned area. However, flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen over the past 24 hours. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
