A Red Flag Warning will be in effect from late Thursday morning
through early Thursday evening.

* WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 12 to 20 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...High temperatures in the lower 60s in northwest
Oklahoma to the lower 70s in southwest Oklahoma and north Texas.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
