...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and mixed precipitation. Total snow accumulations
between 9 and 14 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze
for areas southeast of Pittsburgh.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use
extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
