* WHEN...Until late Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding begins in Side Cut Metropark. The
river is out of banks in Waterville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 10.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
just after midnight tonight to a crest of 11.8 feet early
tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
Friday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
