In northeast Ohio, Holmes, Stark and Wayne. In northwest Ohio, Hancock, Seneca and Wyandot. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A few rounds of efficient, heavy rainfall is expected this evening through tonight across portions of northern Ohio. Areas may receive 1 to 2 inches of rain through tonight with some locally higher amounts possible. This brief, heavy rain may produce flash flooding.
