* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio
and northwest Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 8 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will shift southwest and remain gusty
behind a cold front on Monday. Portions of the Wind Advisory may
need to be extended through the day Monday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

with gusts up to 45 knots and waves 1 to 4 feet. For the Low
Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected. For the
Gale Watch, west winds 30 to 35 knots with gusts up to 50 knots
and waves 5 to 8 feet possible.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
Vermilion OH.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Monday.
For the Low Water Advisory, from 8 AM Monday to 8 AM EDT
Tuesday. For the Gale Watch, from Monday morning through
Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal
water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong cold front will move across Lake
Erie early Monday morning with strong westerly winds behind it.
Water levels in the Western basin of Lake Erie are expected to
fall rapidly below the critical mark for safe marine navigation
Monday morning through at least Monday night. Water levels are
expected to slowly recover Tuesday as winds gradually decrease.

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
