* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected
this morning, shifting southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50
mph this afternoon.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio
and northwest Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will shift southwest behind a cold
front by this afternoon and remain gusty into tonight. Portions of
the Wind Advisory may need to be extended into tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

* WHAT...During the Small Craft Advisory, expect sustained winds
up to 27 knots from the south with gusts up to 33 knots. The
largest significant waves will be 6 feet with a potential
maximum wave height of 8 feet. During the Gale Warning, expect
sustained winds up to 26 knots from the west with gusts up to 41
knots. The largest significant waves will be 5 feet with a
potential maximum wave height of 7 feet. During the Low Water
Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected.

* WHERE...Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to
North Cape MI.

* WHEN...During the Small Craft Advisory, the maximum winds are
expected around 2 AM EDT Monday with the largest waves
expected around 2 AM EDT Monday. During the Gale Warning, the
maximum winds are expected around 10 PM EDT Monday with the
largest waves expected around 12 PM EDT Monday. During the Low
Water Advisory, the maximum winds are expected around 10 PM
EDT Monday with the largest waves expected around 12 PM EDT
Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal
water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong cold front will move across Lake
Erie early Monday morning followed by strong westerly winds.
Water levels in the Western basin of Lake Erie are expected to
fall rapidly below the critical mark which is 6 inches below the
water datum for safe marine navigation Monday morning through
Tuesday morning. Water levels are expected to slowly recover
Tuesday as winds gradually decrease.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
