Between 3 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Bellefontaine, West Liberty, Russells Point, Lakeview, Huntsville, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, Mcmorran, New Jerusalem, Pickrelltown, Lewistown, East Liberty and Middleburg.
