to 35 knots with gusts up to 40 knots and waves 7 to 10 feet
expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Willowick OH to
Ripley NY.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Thursday.
For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM to 11 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
