Additional snow accumulations up to three inches for a storm total of 3 to 5 inches with localized up to 5 to 7 inches on mountain slopes. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Northern Franklin and Western Essex Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall amounts will be dependent on elevation with more snow expected across higher terrain.
