Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy downpours and thunderstorms are expected this morning into tonight. Averaged rainfall totals will be between 1 and 2 inches, with localized swaths of 3 to 4 inches possible.
