Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Widespread rainfall of 1 to 3 inches and localized rainfall totals of up to 5 inches are possible, with rainfall rates of over 2 inches per hour possible.
