Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow overnight. * WHERE...The Niagara Frontier. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 4 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday evening commute. Gusty winds will down tree branches and cause isolated power outages. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A rapid drop in temperatures this evening may produce very icy conditions on untreated roads, sidewalks, and parking lots.
