* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Scattered to widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be
difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will occur between 9 AM and
Noon today.
