Snowfall rates may reach 3 to 4 inches per hour in the most intense bands tonight through Sunday morning. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow in open areas. * WHERE...Oswego County. * WHEN...Until 4 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult and dangerous with deep snow cover on roads and near zero visibility at times, especially tonight through Sunday morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling, be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
