...SLICK SURFACES AND BLACK ICE THIS MORNING...

With temperatures still near or below freezing this morning, untreated
roads and sidewalks will continue to be slick. Some areas of
black ice are possible where wet ground remains frozen.
Additionally, patchy dense fog may lead to visibility reductions
through the next couple of hours. Travelers are urged to use
caution this morning.
