TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations 8
to 12 inches in the most persistent lake snows across the far
northern portion of the county, with 3 to 6 inches elsewhere.

* WHERE...Oswego County. Greatest additional accumulations will be
over the far northern portion of the county.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with snow covered roads
and poor visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the
Monday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling, be
prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
