A light glaze of ice is also possible tonight. * WHERE...Hamilton and Northern Herkimer Counties. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 1 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow begins late this morning or early this afternoon. Patchy light freezing drizzle is possible tonight. Any lingering precipitation changes back over to snow Wednesday morning, with additional light accumulations expected. The highest snowfall totals are expected in far northwestern Herkimer County north of Route 28. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling.
