possible.

* WHERE...In New York, Delaware, Northern Oneida, Otsego, and
Sullivan Counties. In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne,
Northern Wayne, Pike, Southern Wayne, Susquehanna, and Wyoming
Counties.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The hottest temperatures will be in urban
valley locations during the mid to late afternoon timeframes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
