* WHAT...Winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Southwest wind
direction this morning into early afternoon, then wind direction
becomes more west for rest of this afternoon through tonight and
into Friday. Seas 3 to 5 feet expected on Western Long Island
Sound tonight into Friday morning.

* WHERE...Long Island Sound west of the Orient Point and the
Connecticut River, and New York Harbor.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to noon EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
