For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 32 will result in
frost formation.

* WHERE...Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey,
and southeast New York.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 8 AM EST this morning. For the
Frost Advisory, from midnight tonight to 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor
plants may be killed if left uncovered.
