...ICY CONDITIONS THIS MORNING... The combination of several inches of snow and rapidly falling temperatures overnight has resulted in widespread hardpack and icy conditions on roads, even on major interstate routes. The icy and very slippery conditions will persist through the morning commute. Slow down and allow plenty of extra time to reach your destination. The high March sun angle should allow for improving conditions by midday as pavement temperatures warm.

The greatest accumulations will be across higher terrain inland from Lake Erie. * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
