For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New York. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 1 PM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, until midnight EST tonight. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
