Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow overnight. * WHERE...Monroe, Wayne, Livingston, Ontario, and Allegany Counties. * WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 4 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions. Gusty winds will down tree branches and cause isolated power outages. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A rapid drop in temperatures this evening may produce very icy conditions on untreated roads, sidewalks, and parking lots.
