Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. For the Gale Watch, west winds to 40 knots and waves 13 to 17 feet possible. * WHERE...The nearshore and open waters of Lake Ontario. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 3 AM EST Saturday. For the Gale Watch, from Saturday evening through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
