Ice accumulations of 0.20" to 0.40" expected. * WHERE...Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 4 AM EST Saturday. The majority of the wintry mix and travel impacts will occur from early afternoon through early evening. * IMPACTS...A few power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice. Travel could be very difficult with icy and dangerous roads. The hazardous conditions will impact the evening commute and post Christmas holiday travel. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will result in slippery roads and limited visibilities. Slow down and use caution while driving.
